Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a solo workout today. The idea was 800m "tempo fartlek" with 200m (1:00) jog.
It was...OK, but I had to abort due to worsening of this randon RIGHT adductor stiffness! Felt it in the first rep, and it progressively worsened, so I pulled the plug.

Pretty uninspiring and frustrating. Dunno if shit's not moving, due to the other hip, or what. Worked on it during the day, determined to still hunt tonight.
