mile with patient, then Campus Loop

Weather: 70s, really nice

Comments:
Worked until 1pm. At the end of that final session, I ran a bark mile with my client. A bit after that, I got out for more miles.

My goal: getting back to mid-week Hardesty. That was such as staple from '11-13, then fell off. Some Hunters have started doing Hardesty Thursdays (I used to do Wednesday); this would be perfect, as I would essentially double-speed:

* interval/track session in the AM
* Hardesty grind in the PM

This is intense, but I think it's preferential to what I did, BITD:

* Tuesday: AM tempo; hunt
* Wednesday: Hardesty up/down
* Thursday: track

Essentially three consecutive hard days.

I really wanted to give it a go today...but, I wasn't ready to do it, this week. So just the easy run.

I felt pretty good, but I almost felt bonky: either from not eating yet (actual bonk) or air quality.

Feeling better, shit's coming around!
