OFF. Really stiff/painful hip today. Slept in. I did some core and mobility stuff to try to get moving before we left for Gainesville.
Pretty decent hang-out with Lexi in Gainesville: brunch with her and Bud, then to her house for a while, then out for “very early happy hour”. Left late afternoon and returned to the house. Dinner and hanging out with her family and the neighbors.
Solid day. Pretty tired.
