Weather: 50s, nice
Comments:
Considering yesterday, this run was pretty good. I had to do a lot of ankle work last night and this morning -- and the first half-mile SUCKED -- but the ankles came around.
(Note: the feet were stiff, and rolling those out really helped).
Standard route, with a light grind. Low 7s mile near the end.
Busy, annoying day: 5 clients, practicing MT on Callie and lots of disorganized coaching, but otherwise good.
OK yoga class, then fun beer with Mike
