Comments:
Woke up at 0620 and immediately realized that I needed more rest. CA concurred and we both rolled over and slept in. I slept in another two hours, then got up for a ride.
Pretty darn stiff, yet, from Thursday. When I'm stiff in the AM - and the weather is this great - AM bike rides are awesome.
Did the new standard, which is the 20-mile Gimpl Hill Rd route. Great route. Listened to a new Tim Ferriss Podcast with a business coach. Talked a lot about life stuff -- good nugz.

* met Emily to study for 3 hrs
