After studying:

* I drove straight to In-Shape to lift. I'd missed 1.5 weeks. Had a good lift focusing on deep squats, end-range hip ext, abs, and arm ext -- all running stuff

* I drove home, then CA and I went for an evening run.

Perfect "warm" temps here: mid-70s. We were going to run the whole Rexius loop, but they're (FINALLY) re-doing it, so we ran to Tugman Park, first, then hopped on the loop.

Stiff at first, then really worked on my "Salazar" (/Walmsley) stride: hip extension AND heel recovery. That made things a little grindy, but felt good.

Post-run Double Mountain Simcoe IPA at Friendly St.

Good, productive day! Can't argue with a bunch of good studying and THREE workouts.
