Exercise Type: Run
Weather: mid 50s, nice
Comments:
Ran from our house to a trail that CA found, which ran us through a little park and trail, past the HS (and a brand-new track?) to Spring Creek trail/road, which is a combo of the two, but generally a tight double track road that gradually climbs Spring Creek.
After a mile-ish, I decided to do a few 2:00 intervals with 1:00 rest. Ran pretty hard, then jogged back to CA. Did the first 4 uphill, then we turned back and did 4 (mostly) downhill.
Felt pretty good. Not fast, though, since at that point we were >7000'.
Solid run.
CA wound up with more pain today. Annoying. Worked on her in the PM -- turns out a LOT of it is nerve. (Grrr).
Rest of the day:
* good FMI and FMII class. Got a TON of work done by the class, and by Gregg, which was really generous (he knows I'm running Waldo next week!)
