PRE from work (+ adidas) w/CA

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, pretty decent

Comments:
Weird day. I had to work, and a lot:

* 2 patients 7-9
* 2 more 11-1
* 2 coaching clients 3-5

Weird day, but pretty OK. Playing catch-up from the vacation.

OK run. Ran with CA after my morning block, an "easy" (but a little grindy) PRE loop from the office. Didn't stretch much. Had good energy but felt STIFF - again. Lots of muscle soreness from squatting on Wednesday. Frustrating.

When we finished, at 10:27, with barely any time to bring her home and get any food, I was annoyed.

I'm TIRED.
I haven't been sleeping well (and I don't know why, other than our bed sucks ass, and it gets HOT with the two of us in a queen bed)
My body feels like SHIT
I get super-sore for no reason doing the easiest stuff

I let some frustration boil-over, exclaiming how unhappy I was at the moment. It wasn't particularly what CA wanted (or needed) to hear, but I needed to express it. This wasn't what I was hoping to feel like, or do, two months, post-CFMT. Frustrating.

I rebounded well enough the rest of the day.

* early dinner
* THIRD Randy show in a row, down at this little winery 20mi south of Eugene. ALL old folks in this rustic barn tasting room! Super-fun!
