InShape Treadmill - no weights

Comments:
Tired after a long morning of work. Did the mileage on the treadmill again. Ankles were OK -- left one was still stiff and sore, but again - this type of "wide" (un-Roger) running improves mobility.

Came home, ate and had a good nap!
