Briggs Hill Bike

Exercise Type: Bike

Weather: mid 50s, fine

Comments:
Weird day.

I intended to get out and exercise early but:

* it was cold and the air quality sucked
* Steve, at the last minute, let me know he'd let me use his Sunday Ticket login to watch the Bears game.

So what I did was:

* watch the game
* mobilize the shit out of the soft tissue in my left lower leg.

It was SO SNEAKY-STIFF! As I've known for months, the tissue around the whole leg is just GLUED together.

So I spent the entire first half of the game doing various mob techniques (hands, foam roller, ball) to the medial, lateral and anterior shin.

And it worked really well: it got moving a ton better and got REALLY sore.

And since the Bears were playing OK, I decided to watch the whole game, and do coaching in between plays.

After that: CA got home, and I left for a Briggs Hill ride. Nice afternoon, and decent ride!

Overall, the heel felt a lot better.
