Day off.
I was going to go to the gym before my 11-6 work day, but I decided, instead to finally go a clinic Newsletter. But - as they always do - it took fucking forever, so I barely had enough time to get it sent, eat and get to work.
Rest of the day:
* patients 11-5
* Run Hub 5-6
* Andrew, my PT study friend from this spring (before I connected with Emily) came to Eugene and we got a beer, and I filled him in on CFMT (he's taking in '21, I think)
OF NOTE: I was playing with the "Roll Recovery" device at RunHub. It's the self-massage tool that looks like two Rollerblade skates put together as a vice. And it's PERFECT to SMASH both the medial and lateral shin at the same time!
It's been REALLY hard to get the lateral shin mob'd, but this thing did it amazingly. It's expensive, but I bought one.
