Easy two mile jog - pre R2SW

Comments:
Ran a couple very easy miles along the river, before the Run to Stay Warm races.

I was registered for the half, but...so it goes.

Felt OK. A little stiff from the bike ride. Achilles was a little stiff, too -- but not bad, considering I did no pre-run mobility and it was 7:45AM.

FUN DAY, otherwise. The entire Uhan Performance local crew ran (Mike, David, Laura Lee, Maylian, Alexis). Callie did, too, but unfortunately she tweaked her calf on Thursday and DNF'd the half today, 1.5 miles in.

Did a lot of chatting with folks at what is Eugene's 3rd biggest race of the year, and the biggest of the fall season. Reveled at Tap & Growler -- where, 5 years ago, I spent 8 hours there while Callie worked -- but didn't imbibe.
