InShape Treadmill - half-mile jog + weights

Up at 5:30 for a big day!

CA and I went to InShape to get one last lift in before the trip to Wallowa Lake. The plan was to lift then run, but I made it less than a half-mile before I bailed. It was just SORE and I wasn't in the mood to hurt. Over it.

Rest of the day:
* saw five patients in a row (and managed to keep on time and finish paperwork)
* hustled home to pack up the truck. The weather SUCKED -- low 40s, rain and wind -- and I was worried about the drive
* managed to get the truck oil changed and grocery shop before leaving

LONG drive to Wallowas, including - yet again - shitty-ass PDX traffic. I thought we'd miss it, leaving Tuesday, but even a Tuesday at 3:45, it sucked ass for about an hour.

Drove to Hood River, had mediocre burgers at Kickstand, then kept on.

Thankfully the rain stopped in PDX and weather was fine 'til past Pendleton. Then the temp dropped from 43 to 28 in about 5 miles of driving. Still, the roads were fine 'til after Le Grande and even then, there were only "drifty" patches of snow on the roads. No scares.

Got to our cabin rental at Wallowa Lake by 10:15. Success!
