Exercise Type: Walk
Weather: high 20s
Comments:
Did a twilight hike after "dinner". Drove midway from the house toward town, along the high moraine wall east of the lake. There's a douche-grade road that climbs about 1.5 miles and maybe 1000' to the top of the ridge.
Pretty boring trudge.
And my left heel didn't like it. Especially the downhill!
So in addition to:
* bursa sensitivity (+haglund deformity)
* high ankle sensitivity
I also think there's some subtalar joint sensitivity.
This explains why downhill can be painful, too.
Annoying.
Fun outing, otherwise.
