Weather: cold, but clear!

Comments:
Beautiful morning! Our first clear morning of the trip. Started the day with a brisk (single-digit temp) walk with CA up to the trailhead, then - after doing a body-weight strength workout together - we ran a 2.5 mile loop.

Felt pretty good - once again a little stiff, but it got better (an improvement from pre-tape). Added a second layer of tape today to the ankles.

Could've gone more, but going to stick to shorter runs.
