weird day - PM hike + weights

Weird day.

Slept in 'til about 9:45. Got up and cleaned up just quick enough to get the Bears game on. Watched it, while doing coaching, 'til it's dismal end (Bears were one decent lateral away from a game-tying touchdown with zero time left).

After that, I did some more work 'til Callie and I went to the gym. She ran in the AM, and we both lifted and did some uphill hiking, then cleaned up, went home and got her ready to go to the airport.

Broke the all-day fast around 4PM at Wheel Apizza Pub, then I drove her to the airport.

Thought about going out for a second beer, but instead went home and worked on coaching on the couch 'til nearly 9! But got most of it done.

Left ankle seemed to feel OK.
