LONG, BUSY day.
Started off shitty: slept POORLY last night. Not sure if it was eating too late, eating allergens, or just eating too much shit (cookies). Whatever it was, I was up on and off after 2AM. Sucked.
Finally got up at 5:30 and went to the gym ("lemonade")...only to find it not fucking open! Annoying! SO I went to work and half-assed some body weight strength.
Busy day, too: saw NINE patients: 7-1, then 3-6.
Snuck in a bike ride but didn't feel that great.
