Busy day: 5 patients in the AM, 2 in the PM.

Fasted all day 'til after yoga.

Hard, grindy Gimpl Ride today. Felt rough, then I got into it. 1:12 for the loop.

Good PM yoga class, then our first beer of 2020! Trying to have a few beers as possible in the month (A typical month might have 30+ or maybe even 40 beers. A good goal: 6-8)
