Zion NP - to Bryce Canyon! COLD

January 17, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Walk

Weather: 20s, sunny, but VERY WINDY (10-30mph winds)

Comments:
Out the door fairly early and drove 2+ hours from Zion, northeast (and up nearly 4000'!) to Bryce Canyon NP.

As predicted, it snowed last night, but spared the floor of Springdale, But once above about 5000', it was consistent. And once we got to Bryce (at 8000') there was a lot.

It seemed silly, at first, to be there, but once the park plowed opened some of the lookouts, it was actually really cool! We went to every lookout possible, and did a couple legit hikes.

Pretty fun!

No other exercise for me. I was a little (but not very!) stiff in the PM. Did a lot of self mobility.

ANd: did 4 sets of body weight strength:

* push-ups
* bridges/clams
* rows
* abs
* OH arm squats
