InShape Treadmill + (minimal) weights

Slept in (sort of). Sleep was so-so, and I woke up half-hungover and grumpy/discontent -- likely from the beer + large volume of cake(s)/chocoloate.

Got my shit together, then went to InShape before my first PT (real, Mike) appointment in nearly 10 months.

Hiked with the brace, but no orthotics. Felt some tension in the heel.

My back is still too sore to do much of any strength work, so I did some body wt single leg stuff, then left.

Solid PT session. Mike thinks (and demonstrated) that a big chunk of my ongoing ankle pain (and dysfunction) is neurogenic: some local, but some (I think) spinal (low back and neck). He did some stuff to make my neck and mid-back, post skiing fall, feel better.

Good, but hard-working work afternoon.

Rained a SHITLOAD today. Microflooding in the fields, everywhere.
