Gimpl Hill bike + PM weights

Comments:
Lazy (annoying) day. Slept in, did stuff around the house...then finally peeled myself out of the house and onto the bike.

Thought about riding a Briggs, but only did Gimpl. The neck wasn't painful, but my left arm would go to sleep more frequently. This is annoying.

Lifted weights in the PM, then came home to hammer out coaching. Blah Sunday.
