Comments:
Ran from SEHS with CA, mid-morning.
Worked really hard on arm swing: a lot harder on the left, which is a consistent, long-term issue.
Tough day: tough to focus, and hard to nail things down. Finished coaching.
No yoga, of course. Had the Taylors over for "Turkey's Roost Puuub".
L ankle pretty damn stiff in the PM.
