AM: morning walk, SEHS + South Amazon run, weights

Weather: Sunny! Getting warm

Comments:
"Slept in" - somewhat poorly - 'til 8ish. We got out the door after 9 to walk: up Crest to Storey, then back through Morse Ranch.

I was surprisingly not very stiff. Did stretching and heel raises (which were painful) afterward.

I worked on CA's hip and hamstring, then we drove to SEHS to run.

Felt pretty good. Some increased soreness which necessitated two short walk breaks, but the stride continues to feel better

* Scap swing (L back, R forward)
* Pelvis running (depression and "flick/reach, pull/extend")
* Whole foot/medial foot (STILL really hard to do)

Nice grindy-cutdown: 8-high, 7:3x, 7:20.

Lifted weights together in the upstairs home gym.
