Exercise Type: Run
Weather: misty, but warm
Comments:
Ran CA's warm-up, then jogged on the track while she did "lane 8 tempo". She did really well: 6:0x-6:20 pace with very short (10-15s/400m) rest. \
Filmed myself multiple times: pre-run then on the track. Interstingly, one of the trunk adjustments needs to simply be "chest left". Weird.
But not weird. It's what would happen when I used to do that diagonal trunk taping: upper trunk L rotation + lower trunk/pelvis R rotation.
When I did trunk my trunk a little left, suddenly my arm swing was WAAAAY too much on the L.
Interesting.
Ran a mile with her afterward and felt OK. Bigger mileage day, I hope I don't regret it.
