Weather: overcast, rainy at times
Comments:
Easy run with CA. I shook things up by taking us downtown.
INSTRUCTIVE: watching myself in the window reflections: I'm over-striding SOOOO much. Sheesh! So worked on pulling/pushing beneath/behind me as much as I could.
It helped. Less stiff in the PM. Sort of.
