Pisgah walk-jog

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 60s, overcast/humid

Comments:
Run/walk with CA at Pisgah. We were going to long bike, but the weather looked shitty, so we put it off to tomorrow.

Outing was...OK. Walked most of the ups. The slow-shuffle downs were tough. Symptoms were variable. Made it nearly the entire way around the mountain 'til I felt like I needed to walk.

Really working on:

* pawback
* arm swing
* foot pushing

This ankle/foot pain is the ultimate paradox: it hurts, so I compensate, which makes me hurt more. The run/walk helps a ton with that.
