June 11, 2020 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Bike
Weather: 60, "fake cold" (warm, humid actually, but overcast)
Comments:
Rode before my late morning clients.
Did the brunch loop solo. Felt a little out-of-sorts -- possibly due to the beers had last night -- so the climbs were a little sluggish.
Listened to more Joe Rogan podcasts (Patton Oswalt), then switched to Tim Ferriss (the restaurant guy - interesting listen to how we successfully adapted during the pandemic shutdown).
Weather was so-so. "Fake Cold" for sure: overcast and dampish, but humid and low 60s, so it was pretty warm on the bike. It didn't rain on me, but rain had hit Creswell before I got there, and got to Creswell Bakery.
Enjoyed a brownie and a tasty decaf before hitting the road to round out the ride.
Solid loop.
Rest of the day:
* treated x3 clients (hard work on some of them, and double-hard in increasing sun and humidity - a weird late-spring-only phenomenon in Eugene)
* more work at the end of the day
* sushi and beers at home with CA
