Exercise Type: Weights

Weather: high 50s, cold and rainy

Comments:
"Off day". The legs are getting REALLY heavy (QWAAADZ!) with all the biking and need a rest.

Had a "relaxed productive" morning:

* slept til nearly 9!
* 9-10: "intramarital intimacy"
* 10-11: "Friday cleaning" (we've been really good, covid-era, to vacuum and clean our whole house, usually Friday AM's)
* 11-12+: worked on CA at my office
* 12:30-1:45: lifted weights

Solid session. Continue to work on single leg strength and hip flexor-driven core.

* 2ish: grocery shop
* 3ish: "breakfast
* 4: coaching chat with Thomas
* 5: "work"

Ankle is...slowly getting better. REALLY likes the boot (LOVES IT! LOVES THE SLOP!), and it's helping with prolonged WB (like at work).

Get my second prolo/PRP injection next Tuesday.
