SEHS block run + HMD with CA

July 27, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nearly 70, humid already

Comments:
Ran with CA for the first time...in months. Drove to SEHS and ran "the block".

Felt OK, but not great. Not super-stiff, but I was sore in the ankle: achilles, the lateral. I stopped at a mile, then walked to the track and did HMD. CA ran two miles and joined me.

Did a hard lift when we got home.

No bike ride today.

Gonna add some interesting learning notes in another entry.

PM:
* treated two clients before it got super-hot
* did OUTDOOR yoga at Lindsey's house with the Taylors and Emily. Fun!

Ankle was variably sore later in the day (but not terrible. At times it sucked in yoga)
