Ran from the office!
Saw clients 7-10, then went out for a run! Did some more cervical/cranial work (and some dural tension/coccyx self-mobs), then went for it!
Did the standard campus loop. I thought about barefoot, but figured I was a little stiff from yesterday so I kept it in shoes.
Felt "good" but overall tired and grindy-effort.
Not bad for two days in a row!
