Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Another stiff run. Frustrating. Started as usual but had pretty significant heel stiffness. It wasn't enough to make me stop, but I did cut the run short, turning back at Hilyard for a two miler.
Frustrating...
Of note: my ankle is stiff into PF and DF. This likely means I'm NOT pushing off / using it in an efficient way (which would CAUSE stiffness)...
Lifted weights. No bike ride.
