Comments:
Did the same loop that I did two weeks ago prior to the cruise. I felt very good the entire run but my shins felt like crap the first half. Did the first half of the run right at six minute pace, then quickened it up towards the end. The last half mile was in 2:44 and I felt extremely smooth. I picked up new shoes from PRC and they felt great. My shins were definitely hurting cause of the old shoes.
