Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
GOOD strength session this AM: split squats and cleans + OH squat/press.
Fully planning on running later under one of two conditions:
1. If/"when" the air cleared (supposed to be in the PM)
2. If not, then go to InShape in the afternoon to TM run, again.
Post-lift:
* watched DA BEARS. Went from BLEH, to "F THIS" to "Wait a minute..." to "F YES!". Lucky, lucky...
* worked on the outlets. Downstairs was a lot more complicated with 3-way switches. Shit wouldn't have worked without Jonathan's work and tenacity
* Coaching: total clusterfuck with the fires
When I checked on hours for InShape...then closed at 4! F!
No run.
Ordered in food again (very mediocre, if not crappy, Thai food) to round out the day.
Weird, but productive, weekend.
