Comments:
Slept well but (clearly under-medicated and/or under-filtered, since we're placing it in the hallway to help Jonathan) I awoke at 530, histamine-wired.
Got up and went to the gym.
At 0600, everything was "filled" (covid capacity), including by my coaching client Maylian and her friend (who normally run at 5:30 each morning). So after waiting 5min, I noticed a nice spin bike in the adjacent (and empty) classroom studio and rode on that.
Went from zero to dripping sweat, quick. Not amazing, but it was a nice way to spend my day.
Rest of the AM:
* in-person client
* video consult #1
* two more in-person clients
* more work
Then went BACK to InShape...
Zero improvement in smoke this AM.
