AM campus loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
AM loop before a bonus 7am client today.

Felt a lot looser today. Of note: cadence (per the watch) was 170 today. It's been rigidly 168.

Clearly - as I suspected - nerve tension not only:

* causes pain
* makes you heavy
* makes you stiff

it also slows the cadence.

Rest of the day:
* 7-8:15 client
* annoying paperwork
* worked on Callie
