PM SEHS + south Amazon loop

Comments:
Ran after work. Busy day (6 patients).

Ran solo on the big block around Amazon loop (which is still under construction).

KEY FOCUS: not only on T-L Extension but an active lower ab (sacral) flexion: to get a bit of "tuck-under". Hugely helpful (see 9/29)!

Ran pretty fast as a result. Not easy, but felt good.

Good yoga class at 5:30! No beers for two days in a row. Nice mini-rest.
