Comments:
AM run with CA. Felt OK. Once again, we didn't workout.
The plan was to ride Crater tomorrow. CA went as far as to pack up the WHOLE van to get ready. Then an air advisory was posted for the area: SHIT AIR. Checked the NPS webcams. Confirmed.
No Crater.
Worked til noon, then home. Lifted in the afternoon and worked on gait analyses.
Then watched the Bears (miraculously) beat TB12 and Tampa over beers at Public House.
OK day. Busiest week in a while!
