Random route: campus cemetary + 24th + Tugman/Rexius "grind" with CA

November 29, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 30s to high 40s, sunny

Comments:
Slept IN. Felt pretty hungover (from my half-beer!) and a little gut-rotted. Heavy to get out the door, but once we did I felt pretty good.

Did a random route in South Eugene to stay in the sun: a couple campus (pioneer) cemetary loops, then some barefoot (including x4 strides) on the turf before heading down Agate/24th, then south to Tugman/Rexius.

CA was feeling good, so we started to grind pretty decent, running 7:20-6:55 pace for a good three miles (including hills). She stopped grinding at mile 7, at which point I threw in one more harder mile, clocking 6:20.

Solid run!

Rest of the day:
* breakfast
* some annoying errands
* watching (some) Bears get their asses kicked. They're SO Bad now! (/ they were SOO FAKE GOOD early this year, and we all knew it)
