Tired going into this run, but that's to be expected after a shitty/short night's sleep. Ate the rest of Behr's mini-wheats for breakfast so I had a feeling I might be in trouble on this run.

Kept it real easy the whole time; legs didn't feel great, but I doubt they would after running maybe 100 miles this month, and only about 25 in the last two weeks. Shuffled along to Rexius, intending only to do a half loop.

Shortly after hopping on I got a bad urge to grind so I went to Kincaid park where I always grind, only to find the porta-pisser gone! Jimmy'd. I gutted it and headed back for Amazon. Got to the south end of the adidas loop only to find those bathrooms locked up. I had to walk a good 1/4mi before I was "well" enough to run again. The other amazon shitter was then occupied, so THEN I went to a porta by the soccer fields...only to be GOCED by some soccer kid. When I finally got in there, I found NO TP! KITTIN ME? Thank god I found some clean-ish napkins nearby, otherwise it could've been bad.

Ran straight home from that, and I actually "opened it up" to close to 7:00 pace. Felt pretty good, despite the fatigue and gut-rot.

ZERO knee pain again. Crazy how suddenly it went away, after being around for such a long time. I'll keep minding it, as it still hurts if I max flex and extend the hip (like doing a stretch).

Ate dinner and did laundry afterwards. Too tired for a circuit. Went to bed at 2030.
