Qty: 9:30-6:20 - but up for probably an hour 1:45-2:45?
Quality: OK til 1:45, then OK from 3-6
Food:
* sausages and cooked veg
* no dessert
* 1 16oz beer (haxy)
* NO allegra
Woke up 1:45am hot and itchy. Thought I was dehydrated. Also decided to try the Dr Lam technique of having a "snack" to get back to bed. Ate a stroopwafel and 16oz water. Did nothing.
Took a full allegra at 2:15 or so. Slept well within about 30-45min.
WHY, histamine? WHY, HISTAMINE?
