Quality: difficult to fall asleep, then lots of wake-ups. But not difficult to re-fall asleep
Diet:
* TWO beers (12oz, 16oz) + popcorn
* boudins and salad (8pm)
* "dessert" of two pieces of sourdough + jam
Meds:
* no allegra
* no B-complex
NOTES: napped from 4-5:30

Conclusions:
* probably ate too late
* probably too much beer
* probably napped too late
