Quality: Really good. Good dreams; didn't wake up until 4:30 to pee (did have to deuce right away in the AM)

Diet:
* 2x 12oz beers (early)
* sandwiches, chips, baked potatoes

Meds:
* half allegra (just gonna keep doing at least a half...)

Other:
* 30min Sauna (was pretty wiped from that mid-day)
