Qty: OK: 11-5:30a (woke up with CA did, then couldn't find phone, which was alarmed for 6. Then stayed up)
Quality: surprisingly good! One wake-up?

Diet:
* early dinner (salad, burgers before 7)
* beers! 42oz! (Equiv of <3 pints)
* late snacks: HH's, some chocolate/seed

Meds:
* FULL allegra

Note: ate pecan butter yesterday afternoon and (seemingly?) didn't have a symptom response. Promising!
