Quality: up at 2:30 to pee, then awake/difficult falling asleep at 4. Finally up at 5.

* heavelnly hunks x4?
* bone broth

* NO SAUNA (experiment)
* NO chocolate/chia

Theory:
* not enough allegra?
* too many heavenly hunks?

Really annoyed with the poor sleep
