Weather: 40s, nice

Comments:
Ran CA and Alexis' workout today. CA came along on the warm-up and I ran it solo.

It was OK, but not amazing. 300m+ hills in:

88, 88, 90, 88, 88, 87

Didn't really time the (supposed-to-be-fast) downhills.

Felt OK. Actually felt decent on the cool-down.

Rest of the day:
* packed up the van and drove to Seattle
* first PT class in 13 months - site of my last one (end 2/2020) in Redmond.
