Weather: 70s, sunny, nice!
Comments:
Felt pretty sluggish, but I think it was the combo of altitude and some high country pollen.
Nice, easy run with several stops with Andy on his MTB.
Stride felt pretty good by the end!
Rest of the day:
* sauna
* some work
* met Tyler and Olivia along Mt Rose Highway - they're heading back from CA to Utah and stopped to chat en route
* early dinner at the golf course with John/Andy and Christine. Beautiful out; fun night
