"Deuce Lutz" with Dan, Finch, TOPS

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40F, damp

Comments:
TOPS and Finch convened upon mom's house to run. Ran pretty easy to Glen Park, then down onto the Kinni trails for a classic "Deuce Lutz" loop.

The lower river trails were pretty washed out and sandy, but the upper trails were in fine shape. The only loss was the connector from "Ellie" to "Beth" - that climbs the ridge to the upper part of the Happy Valley connector. That took a bit of bushwacking to find.

Felt pretty good, but not amazing.

Rest of the day:
* brunch with the guys at mom's
* some work
* drove to Red Wing for the Semling family coaching tyme with Dan; Jake Hegge met us!
* drove home
* dinner and a beer before Will came over
* hung out at the house
