Comments:
Multiple rounds of push ups and ab leg lifts at random times during the day.
4 sets of 25 push ups
4 sets of 30 leg lifts
Afterwork - 6:30 ish run on treadmill
3 miles with .2 at the beginning being walked. Felt ok, but not feeling very fast.
