Slept in 'til 6:30, then to the gym.
Yoga routine pre-run, then went for it.
2 miles easy, then:
1:00 fast: 10.6-11.2
1:00 rest: 7.5-7.8
Felt decent.
REALLY worked on:
1. R landing with ER and toe forward (IR)
2. R hip push off straight behind (pelvis L)
3. L adducted landing
