Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Cromer, Carter, Ontko, and Teare. It was a pretty good workout. My shin was killing me on the first few... but on the last one and the cool down my shin was tolerable. The workout was 5 x 3-minute intervals. Intervals 1,2, and 5 were hard.
